Project carried out for a company over a 3-month period. I worked on the complete redesign of a modular cloud platform to modernize the interface and simplify the user experience. The design had to be available in light and dark versions, and remain consistent with the already existing mobile application.

Context

Objectives

• Modernize the cloud interface to offer a current and attractive visual experience.
• Simplify the navigation and use of the various modules of the application.
• Create consistency between the desktop and mobile design, in light and dark versions.
• Create new screens for the mobile app following the established guidelines.

My role

• UX Design: simplification of user journeys, adaptation of screens according to modules.
• UI Design: complete visual overhaul in light and dark versions with a homogeneous color set.
• Design System: implementation of reusable and modular components to harmonize the entire cloud.
• Prototyping: creation of interactive prototypes to validate design choices.

Research & Inspiration

• Audit of the existing cloud to identify areas for improvement and user friction points.
• Analysis of competing applications to understand trends in cloud design.

Feature Definition

• Creation of a modular design that can adapt to different modules of the application.
• Definition of consistency rules for forms.

Wireframes & Mockups

• Creation of Low-Fi and High-Fi wireframes for the different modules.
• Use of Figma to design interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Adaptation of screens in light and dark versions to validate design consistency.
